Annie
Dr. Annie Colwell (BSc.Hon, BA hon, MD, CCFP (EM), FCPC candidate) is a physician, with nearly 15 years of experience spanning community and rural emergency, critical care support, telehealth and acute inpatient care. She has also held leadership roles as division lead and currently as deputy chief of staff for a rural ED dept.
Annie's Story
Annie is UBC Clinical Faculty Member for Emergency Medicine. She has previously taught for the UBC Emergency programs and is actively engaged in teaching with the NEEP programs and US teaching for Emergency Residents and Rural physicians.
She is a mother of 2 young kids with a healthy appetite for activity. When not at work you can find her mountain biking in the trails, skiing, playing tennis or competing in Triathlon’s.
