Chantal
Chantal Cobb serves as Bookkeeper for Not Just One Voice, bringing more than 30 years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, business operations, grant writing, and organizational development. Her professional background includes leadership positions in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Chantal has also previously worked as a MT in a hospital setting.
Chantal's Story
Her commitment to NJOV is deeply personal. Following the loss of her son, Shieran, to leukemia after a delayed diagnosis, Chantal became passionate about advocating for greater accountability, earlier intervention, and a healthcare system that truly listens to patients and families.
Her advocacy has also been shaped by decades of supporting her adult daughter, who has a developmental disability. Navigating waitlists, assessments, therapies, and support services has provided valuable insight into the challenges many families face when seeking appropriate care and resources.
Through both lived experience and professional ability, Chantal is dedicated to ensuring that the voices of patients, caregivers, and families help inform meaningful improvements within healthcare and community support systems. She believes that lasting change begins by recognizing and learning from the experiences of those most directly affected.
